Well, I'm surpised at YOU not guessing, especially after recent discussions we've had.

I could make slightly more of it visible in another photo, but I don't feel that you've even tried yet, any of you.  Cheesy

........... knowing you with your super duper camera, this 'thing' is about 3 cm in size.  Wink

I haven't measured it but I would estimate it to be much nearer to 2cm.

I'll also tell you that the part of this object that you're looking at has the same name as part of the human body, and the part at the top can have the same name as something you wear on your head.

Am I giving it away or what??  Roll Eyes Laugh

Pennie, you're probably not far wrong. The hip flask of the type I've displayed became popular in the 18th century mainly with the gentry. Lords and Gentlemen of the day would have their hip flask filled with fine malt whisky's, brandy's, etc so they could have a tipple whenever it suited them. They were especially useful when going out hunting. They were banned in Indiana during the prohibition.

Okay, what's up with this?  I finally draw...and it's a very difficult piece of rubbish...and then...THIS!!  The cap of a flask???

If I ever get beyond these first few tries at drawing and guessing, I'll be awesome!  Some people just like to make life difficult! Wink

And, yes, I know...complaining again!!!  LOL

Hi John,

Just wanted to let you know that I have stolen one of your great ideas and started it on my Face Book page for our Storybook Farm Llama Trekking B&B page!

I am using FB to help get word out about our lost in the northwoods place and posted a "Whatsit".  I am hoping that people will become "fans" of our page in their attempt to guess what the picture is and thus increasing awareness that we exist!

I didn't think you would mind.  Here is what I posted for this week on my page.  Thought you might like a go at it, but you are all so good at this it probably won't be a challenge at all! Wink

Bonnie, two things. Firstly, it was not MY idea but Ken's. Secondly, your picture looks like a seed of some sorts.
